Artificial leather surfaces require a topcoat material that can combine flexibility, abrasion resistance, surface appearance and long-term durability. PolyCraft develops aliphatic TPU materials specifically for demanding artificial leather applications, with polymer chemistry, hardness and formulation adjusted according to the substrate, coating structure, processing conditions and end-use requirements.

Our development approach allows properties such as surface feel, gloss, flexibility, abrasion and scratch resistance, adhesion, UV stability, chemical resistance and hydrolytic durability to be balanced within a single material platform.
